3. Order Process and Payments

  • We accept payments through UPI, Net Banking, and Cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using trusted partners like DHL, Delhivery, etc.

  • Free shipping is provided on all orders.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery time: 10–15 business days (may vary depending on destination)

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 5 hours of delivery and must be supported by an unboxing video.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • No cancellations or exchanges are accepted.

  • Refunds will be issued after inspection, via the original payment method, within 10 business days.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account details for all purchases. We reserve the right to cancel orders if provided information is incorrect or violates our policies.
