Return Window

We have a 5-hour return window. This means you must request a return within 5 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, with tags (if any), and in original packaging

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested first – items sent without approval will not be accepted

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

All products are currently returnable, but the following conditions apply:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

  • No return is accepted without an unboxing video

  • We do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order after your return is approved.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval status.

  • If approved, refunds are issued via your original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking)

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

  • If it takes more than 15 business days, please contact us

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery without a specific reason, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided
